When I first started my Ketamine therapy I researched Ketamine videos and had only found a few that were somewhat beneficial. Most were nature videos with simple transitions that were pleasant to watch but not long enough and not the cerebral depth/connection I was looking for. A Ketamine therapy session is an experience that is difficult to explain. It is personal. Each one of us have different needs and concerns when it comes to the "journey." It is not meant to be "a trip". Its purpose is therapeutic. And that means something different to each individual.

I provided Ryan with practically no input as to what I wanted. I think I mentioned a music video and how it needed to not just be a nature show but challenge me in some way. Really no guidance or idea as to what I was looking for as I wasn't really sure how to put it in words.

Ryan had a peripheral awareness of my mental health problems but I never spoke to him directly about all of my issues or therapy.  

The video Ryan created was a masterpiece. I cannot express with the full depth of how moving and meaningful it is. As I watched it I had so many thoughts. How could he know so much and how could he put it all together in such an intuitive way with so little direction? It was everything that I wanted and more than I thought was possible. It made me feel so connected to my loved ones, my past, and everyone and everything. It was not just what I wanted but what I needed. There just aren’t words. The visual art, the transitions, the music, the narration, the timing of each were masterful. Again, I thought, how could he know? How was this possible? His creation, this piece of art, was so compelling, so beautiful and personalized to me.

It will continue to provide so many more paths for my journey. I am in awe of how powerful this is. I have used this video for my therapy repeatedly and it never stops healing, challenging and resolving my pain. It is something I will cherish as a gift of love forever. It spoke to me in a way that was deeply personal.”
